Condener fan starts and stops

I have a freezer top/fridge bottom. All of a sudden it stopped cooling. The motor is running and the freezer fan on top works , but there is no cold air coming out into the freezer. The condenser fan to the fridge runs for about 30 seconds then stops. Any advice how i can solve this?

Your comments make little sense, try to organize them.

Yes, is stamped on the coil.

ok. i did that and it works. when i put it back in the fridge it spins for about 15 seconds then stops.

If it will start when you hand turn it, you have a bad motor, or very low voltage to it.

You have a simple control in this, usually if the condensing motor goes off, the freezer fan motor and the compressor will shut down also, is this true?

So if you stick a portable fan on the back of the fridg to cool the condenser, everything will work just fine,is that true?

Oh model # TXI21A3.

The condensor fan is running like it should now but will still replace the motor on it as I can see no reason for it to do what it did other than it’s time is nearing the end.

Our dual up/down oven has had a problem in the upper oven for a while.
We get an F2 error message + beeping noise. A repairman told us that the sensor was ok and the the control panel (for the 17 year old model) was no longer available. He was pushing us toward a new over…

I have to think there may be a used control panel around? And that would be cheaper than a new oven?! Do you know the part #? I am sure that fixing this is way over my head, but I’d love some advice. Is there a market for reburbed control panels, then I would find someone to install it.
My wife is very tired of one oven—the lower one, so I must solve this!

Thanks for your expertise.

Hi.

The F2 code means that the control board sensing overtemp situation.
Check the resistance of the oven sensor at room temp. around 1100ohms. If the probe is OK - then replace the control board.

The sensor WB21T10007

The control board WB27T10348

Thank you.

Thanks, Simon:

Just curious, what does the F3 error mean?

Good news that the control board is available. Any idea why I was told by our repair man that is wasn’t??

Thanks for educating me!

Just changed the motor coupling. The one taken off was cracked, but not so sure that was the problem after starting a fresh load of laundry. I ran some towels through the washer, not to many. Went to check when they were done, sand noticed that the water didnt get spun out of them, but the water did drain.
Took the towels out, set the spin cycle again, and noticed that the tub did spin that time, along with the agitator moving. So I added back 2 towels and it spun. Seems that it wont spin with alot of weight in it.

Needs to be fixed since I have 2 small kids.

But also not sure why the agitator is trying to work in spin cycle either. Never did this before.

Hi.

The F3 code usually indicates a bad temperature sensor.

Thanks, Simon.
