Control Panel or Control Board

Hello -

After researching, it seems the control panel or control board needs to be replaced on our dishwasher (Jenn-Air JDB1100AWS).

The start button is unresponsive. The delay button will change, but will not start the dishwasher. The Normal wash and several other buttons are lit, but cannot be changed. Heavy wash, Santize etc cannot be choosen.

How can we tell if the control panel or control board needs to be replaced?
