I have purchased a Board, User Interface #AP2126658, a user knob switch, and a new element for this oven. Still does not work. With the replacement of any of the three parts, (and even without!), when I turn the knob to start the element I hear the sounds of expansion and it seems like it is starting except there is no heat. The sounds are a slight cracking sound that is heard when you typically turn on an electric stove cooktop element. The only thing that I can think of is that when I received the new element from you guys the box had NO packing materials in it whatsoever. Therefor the element was slamming against the walls of the box for the duration of the shipment. The part did look OK however I am completely unfamiliar as to what is inside one of those burners. Do you have any other ideas besides mine as to why the element will not work? Thanks in advance. Roger
