Oven no longer works, stove top is fine though

Our oven stopped working awhile back. The stove top elements work fine, they heat up etc etc.

The oven elements though do not work, broil nor bake. The control panel seems to work,the bulb is fine as well, the display indicates temperature, broil setting, timer, etc.

When we setup the oven to preheat, we can hear the clicking like its turning on but nothing happens. I inspected the elements visually and they seem to look fine. I was told it could be the elements that need to be replaced, however I did more research and read that if the stove top elements are working fine that the control board may need to be replaced instead.

My next step is to purchase a multimeter and test the elements. Assuming they are fine, what are my next steps or could it be the control board that needs to be replaced?

I’d check the wires to the elements and all the way back to the control board. If all of the wires are OK, then its probably your control board.
