Correct Dual Switch and Wiring

Hi –

I have a Jenn-Air, Model Number: jes9800aaq, Serial Number starting with 18.

The front dual switch needs to be replaced. The wiring does not match. Can you confirm the correct part number (AP4008679) and the correct wiring.

My wires on the original switch (counter clockwise from top right) are:
Dual-black
Black
Yellow
Dual-red
Red
Tan
