Our stove exhaust fan will rise normally, but after use, when button is hit it falls straight down. My hubby thinks it gets off track…we bought this house a year ago…the last owners (they built the house) didn’t leave us any owners manuals, so I have no idea what the model number is! The house was bilt in 2008…we also have a Dacor fridge with an ice maker that doesn’t work! Please help!!! I don’t mind calling a repair man, but if it’s an easy fix, I’d rather save some money!
