The electric wall oven does not heat properly on the bake cycle. It heats very slowly and cannot hold the temperature setting. A repairman checked the unit and said that it needs a new "computer 2". In addition, he said that the unit must be pulled out of the enclosure to repair. The part was quoted at $250 but labor will be $275 minimum. Is this correect?
