Dacor Oven won't heat

My dacor 36" dual range won't heat!   Broiler only comes on when I select any mode: bake, convection bake, or convection gives me Broil!
  Front panel lites up fine with correct time, bake temp and lets me select thinking this works.  Last week oven was cold.  Now when I select bake BROILER only goes on.

Had one repair man out, said the heating element was fine.  Do you think it could be the control panel. Is there a DACOR DIAGRAM AVAILABLE?

I think you have a board problem.
