Dead Whirlpool double ovens

During self cleaning cycle of top oven, the oven went completely dead. The door is locked and won’t open. We don’t have an appliance repairman in our town. The thermal fuse was replaced around two years ago because the top oven wouldn’t heat after a cleaning cycle. I think this was the first time I had cleaned the oven since the fuse was replaced. I paid $140 to have this done. I need help!

Your Model Number seems to be short a couple digits.
I used PDQ1, take a look at Item 21 in Section 5. It is the thermal fuse for the control panel.

Thanks! My model no is RBD276PDQ6. Does this model have the thermal fuse on the control panel as well as on the back of the oven? I had a serviceman look at it today and he said the thermal fuse on the back tested ok. He wasn’t aware of another thermal fuse. He thought it was probably the control panel was burnt out which is very expensive to replace. But if this model has the thermal fuse on the control panel, we can surely get it fixed much cheaper. Could you send me the link for the manual to this model like the one you just sent? Thanks so much for you expertise.

It does show a fuse Item 21 in Section 5.

The service manual should be the same as the one already given.
