I have a ge stackable washer and dryer. The ge washer is model#WHDVH626FWW I 've replace the driving belt twice. because of breaking. The wheel the belt goes around wabbles. Do I need to replace this wheel

Does it wobble together with the inner tub or it does it around the shaft?
