Hello I have replaced the thermostat on my ev.ap coil but the coil still freezes up. How do I test the heating element. and if its fine whats my next step. Please tell me if the coil on the bottom is dirty would this contribute to the defrost problem and how do i get to it to thoroughly clean it there is no room to reach it from underneath.
