machine pluged in but does not run. No sound at all. Only the humidity window shows two --. Filter and fins were pluged with dirt and dust. Cleaned both but no difference. I believe the maintenance was to late. TRhe fan turns erasily by hand. Is the motor burned out? Thanks for any help you can give me.
