The left side of the dispensing tray is not spraying water above where the soap is sitting. Neither is the softner or bleach dispenser. There is no blockage preventing water from squirting down.
The dispensor works off of a motor and cam. You can trouble shoot it using the tech note you should find under the top cover. Look at the lever assembly to see if it is ok. If it is you may need to replace the assembly.
