Digital display on my double wall oven is gone

[SIZE=3]I have a Whirpool Gold Double Wall Oven model GBD307PDS10[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]The digital display is completely gone. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]If you press a button it beeps[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3] [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]If you press the light button the oven lights on/off [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3] [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]If you open the oven door the light comes on [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3] [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]But that’s about it. I couldn’t even get any functionality beyond that. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]I tried turning off the oven circuit breaker and putting it back on but that didn’t help. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]I also tried pressing and holding the start button for 15 seconds but that didn’t seem to do much (except beep). [/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]Any thoughts or suggestions? [/SIZE]

Sounds like the control board is shot but I would try to narrow it down before ordering anything.

Try shutting the power off for a couple hours some boards take quite a while to reset. This is a long shot.

Check with a meter to be sure the unit is getting the correct power, especially Neutral to L1 (120 volts) as this supplies the electronics with power.
BE CAREFUL 240 volts is lethal.

Check that the Control Thermal Fuse is OK as this feeds the transformer which supplies power to the board’s electronics.
