Dim LED Display on GE Wall Oven

I have a GE Wall Oven and the Display on the timer is extremely dim and the clock is getting dimmer.

I have read on here that the capacitors are going bad. Is this something that can be repaired or do in i need to replace the control panel?

If so does anyone have a part number?
