Dishwasher’s middle and top spray arms barely spray water and won’t turn. All the holes are open, the bottom spray arm sprays hard but no matter what I do the spray arms in the middle and top will not work properly. The water tubing is not blocked, the filter screen is clean and theirs plenty of water in tub. Is the motor failing? If I tape up half the holes in the middle arm, they will turn but very slow. If you take off the bottom spray arm and turn on the washer and watch with the door open, tons of water comes out of it. Can the sub pump still be clogged?
