The middle and upper spray arms do not turn but received some, but I think not enough, water to turn them. I checked the spray arm assemblies for blockage, none. They spin freely. I cleaned the sump and the water valve inlet screen, tried replacing the water valve, and float switch, none of which worked. I measured the amount of water coming into the unit during the first fill cycle - about 68 onces which seems low. The water from the valve was coming out like if you were pouring water from glass as opposed to something more forceful. (Same with new water inlet valve) Lasted about 60 seconds or so I think. Water pressure to the unit seems fine. When I add about a quart of water to each fill cycle the middle and upper spray arms seem to get enough water to turn them and turn fine. This GE Profile dishwasher worked fine until a couple weeks ago when I noticed the top rack dishes were not getting clean. Help appreciated. I’m stumped. Bad pump, impeller or fill timer?
