My dishwasher after running its last cycle has the little green light constantly blinking under the "clean" upper right hand section of the control panel.
Problem is that we have dishes to clean & can’t get it to run again when we press the "start" button.
What could be our problem with this dishwasher?
The first thing I would do is check for the tech sheets behind the bottom panel and try to reset the dishwasher by running the diagnostic code as described in the tech sheets.
For more accurate advise we need the complete model number of the dishwasher.
I Have Been Messing Around With It ,and It Seems It Only Wants To Spin Slowly. And Not Kick In To Overdrive… We Had A Flood And Maybe The Circiut Board Shorted Out…every Thing Before The Spin Cycle Wooks Ok…
This type of error message usually means that the motor control board is not talking to the central control board. This could be a problem with the motor control board, the centrual control unit or the wiring between them or a combination of the three.
Not very helpful is this, huh?
You can try and test continuity on wires to the motor control board from the central control board, and you might get lucky and find a break, but given that you had a flood the likely problem is your motor control board.
Unfortunately the only way to be sure is to change out the board, and its an expensive part if that does not fix it.
Any chance your insurance would help on the flood problem towards a new machine?
