dishwasher does not go into wash cycle. ordered control board part w10084142. did not fix problem. washer fills with water but doesnt go into wash. push cancel and it drains. what else could it be.
Check your sump pump underneath and see if your getting 120v at the main motor pump at the base of the unit after it fills up and a couple minutes afterwards it should work…if you have 120v at the sump motor then your sump motor is jammed or bad.
