Double Oven Professional Series

I have a double oven, the upper oven will not hold temp. The digital read out says its at the temp- but not where near. You can hit bake again and temp will change to actual oven temp. If you reset temp it displays the temp you set but will not heat oven to that temp. What part or parts are bad???
