I have replaced all the relay boards; upper, lower, and control board as well as the touch pad but when I restore power to the oven, the upper light comes on, the upper oven broil is on and lower oven light does not come on when door is opened. Are these symptoms that Upper relay board may have bad relay(s)? I am at the end of my ropes with this oven.
