i have a crosley shelvador refrigerator model ct21a5a when it defrost the water is not draining out of the bottom drain tube in to the drain pan how can i get to the drain tube on top to see if ice is in the top of the tube not leting it drain to the bottom

Remove the panel at the rear of the freezer compartment. The drain should be located beneath the evaporator coils.

how do i remove the panel at the rear of the freezer compartment the diagram dose not show any screw to be remove on the tunnel air panel
