I Have Checked With Your Repair Pros And Thy Told Me To Clean Out The Drain Tube----the Only Problem Is That I Do Not Know Where It Is Located On My Frig----i Have A Parts Prinout But No Directios What Is Part #260 And#270 Where Are They And What Role Do They Play------i’m Really Very Confused As To Where To Look And What To Do--------thank You So Much For Your Help

Hi,

The defrost drain tube can be found under the evaporator coils that are located in the freezer section of your refrigerator.

How Do I Get To The Coils----what Do I Have To Remove To Get To The Drain—is It Going To Be A Real Chalange—i’m Not Too Good At This Stuff-----thanks Again-----kath
