it has heat on normal but no heat on delicate
please help I will be forever greatful

I cannot get your model number to come up, can you check it.

Also, can you provide us with a more detailed description of the problem. List each cycle as it is on the dial and tell us what happens with both the heat, the movement of the drum and the movement of the timer.
