Dryer won't start

This is a "stackable" unit; dryer will not start. Replaced the start switch and timer and it still will not start. Anything else I could be missing? I don’t have the wiring diagram…

Hi.

Check the thermal limiter (fuse)36 on the diagram#2 most likely it’s open. Clean the air ducts inside and outside the dryer.

Quick question? What’s the easiest way to access/change the limiter? Remove back panel or can I access it by removing the top panel? Got the part and I’m going to replace it (try) today.
