Finished a load of laundry - properly dried. But after I took it out and closed the door, the drum began to spin. The "Power" button is off, no error messages are displayed when Power is on. The only way to stop the drum from spinning is to just leave the door open (or unplug). Again, the "Power" button off does not stop the spin. When I turn "Power" back on and set it for "High" heat, there does not seem to be heat (clothes I tossed in do not feel warm). Any ideas? Thanks!
