on the display panel none of the buttons or the display light work the only light that is let is the light that says control locked. light inside the dryer works. I have checked the circuit to make sure non of the breakers were off, dryer still not working door shuts all the way.

Sounds like someone locked the control panel(child lockout option).
Press and hold the signal on / off button for 3 seconds.
That should unlock the control panel.
You may need to check that in your user’s manual.
