Dual control element stopped working

A 3 year-old Jenn-Air cooktop JEC9530ADB dual control element all of the sudden stopped [work](http://www.fixya.com/support/t1493452-dual_element_stopped_working_work_jenn#"]working[/URL] :frowning: . Is it the element or something else? All the other elements [URL="http://www.fixya.com/support/t1493452-dual_element_stopped_working_work_jenn#) properly. Any suggestions are appreciated.:rolleyes:

I have the same problem on same model. Jenn-air sent me a new burner and controller. what is degree of difficulty in installing this. are there any step by step instructions for doing this?
