All lights are lit. The diagnostic test has everything beeping. After reading some other posts I purchased a replacement door switch. This replaced but I have the same problem. When the start button is held you here a click but the dryer does not start.
The thermal fuse us fine tge belt is connected the belt switch i put a tone on it when it is depressed the switch is open and when it is up there is continuity between the poles. Not sure if that proves anything about the switch. now tgat i have the thing completely dismantled anything else i can check? Let me know if you think i should replace the belt switch.
I took the control panel off and under the part which is labeled motor i see a black solder which is burned out i suppose. I can replace the control panel but caused that relay or whatever it is to burn out.
