Belt came off when I was taking apart dryer to replace motor blower. Is there a diagrams (current) to show where and how to put belt back on? how do i get belt over drum

Tight. If it is loose it would not turn the drum with wet clothes. The ribbed side goes to the drum; installing the slick side will make it slip too.
Can a belt be stretch out of place, because I’ve done everything and it want fit tight, unless I’m not putting it around the pully correct
