Hello,
The fabric softener is not being dispensed. The softener compartment is still full when the wash is done. I have verified that the dispenser, it’s siphon tubes, and the spray holes above it are clean and not clogged. I also verified that the siphon action works with water for the softener and bleach compartments.
I thought the water inlet valve assembly was defective (part # 134371220), but replacing it didn’t make any difference. Do I have a defective control board? How do I troubleshoot this further?
Just so you know, the resistance is correct for all 3 solenoids on both the old and new inlet valve assemblies. Also, I replaced the motor control board for a different symptom about 6 years ago.
