It is just the control board, and you just peal off the overlay off the old one, and put it on the new one. The part # is WB12K0010 Tom http://www.applianceeducator.com/parts.htm

By the piucture it shows that the part of the touch pad you touch, once you remove the control board, the part you touch to set the oven is just kind of glued to control board face. It just peals right off. Then stick it on the new control board. Tom http://www.applianceeducator.com/parts.htm
