Frigidaire side by side model: FRS23H5ASB8 manufactured 2003. Came with a house we purchased last year.
We’ve noticed our fridge has been continuously cycling on/off. After some investigation I found the evaporator fan to be making the noise, and all other aspects of the fridge freezer seem to be working properly. Our temp for the most part is steady, compressor appears to be working normally (although the rear compartment was filthy). I removed all the contents and defrosted the evaporator coils with a hair dryer(they were in great shape so was the fan), and the evap fan continued to run cycle. I just purchased a meter but don’t know how to use it yet/what to check. Not sure where to go from here.
