I have problems with the evaporator fan. I replaced the old one that I tested out of fridge that did not run. The new one is not running. I pull the wires and tested the voltage. I get a 120v to ground but if I test from eac side of the wires with fan disconnected I get 64v. Everything else seems to be working okay. I’ve looked at the wiring and there does not seem to be any breaks in the wiring.
