This AM stove started beeping intermittantly, then F-7 code came up on clock screen and beeping was steady. Had to disconnect elect plug to shut up the unit.
Check if there is no stuck buttons on the oven clock. If there is nothing wrong then the clock has to be replaced. If you need the correct part number for the clock then post the serial number of the range and I’ll be glad to help you.
Gene.
Gene,
Thank you for your response.
Code is: 64HN-4TKVW
SN: 110031719381
MagicChef gas stove.
When first plugged in some buttons work (ie: timer) then shortly all become disfunctional and beeping begins with F-7 permanently displayed. All buttons then fail to produce any change.
Regards,
Bob

You are welcome, Bob. Keep us posted.

Gene,
Plugged unit into power again after nite off and it works w/o beeping. Apparently OK, but why? I dunno, no buttons depressed, pulled off push-buttons and keypad apparently OK w/o leakage past tape-seal, and seem to retract properly. Any other areas that can cause such F-7 code? Your service is neat, thanks.
Sincerely,
Bob Forkish
