Flashing clean light on Kenmore dishwasher

I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher MOD 66513129k703. The sprayer would not work. I replaced the pump and motor. Turned the power back on at the circuit breaker. When I start a cycle it starts for a second, clicks, and then goes to a flashing "clean" light. It flashes 5 times then pauses and flashes one more time. I have reset the control panel (normal wash button and heated dry button) and it went through a 12 min cycle. No lights after. I attempt a wash cycle and the clean light flashes again same way. This problem did not exist before I turned off the power or replaced the part.
