HELP! Our side by side GE Profile stopped freezing in the freezer and cooling in the refrigerator. Any suggestions what the problem might be? Trying to decide if it is fixable or do we have to purchase a new one…

We are experiencing the same problem…lights come on, but no display. If we push buttons, the display flashes 000 four times and then shuts off again.
