So as near as i can tell The freezer is getting too warm and causing the outsides of my food to thaw. However it cycles from being fine to too warm. It’s to the point where sorbet ice cream turns into an aqueous mass.
From what i’ve read this is an issue with the defrost cycle running too long, but a confirmation or correction on this finding would be helpful. Also possible solutions to the problem would be much appreciated.
