I have a side by side refrigerator/freezer GE model GSH22JFTAWW. A couple weeks ago we noticed everything in the freezer was soft and lots of ice build up. We took the back inside panel off and defrosted the coils. It worked fine for about a week and then it started doing it again. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
