Hi I have a GE Artica side by side fridge Model Pss25sgna BS. About a week ago the Crisper contents started to freeze. A few days ago the who Fridge side is starting to freeze. It has a digital display. Even if I set it to 40,39,38,37… after time it goes to 32. I was reading a few blogs and most people say it’s the Damper assembly is staying open. Does this sound correct? If yes how do I find out what the replacement part #? Is this something I can replace or call a service tech?
