Fridge nor freezer are getting cold

We had some bad storms come through Maryland about 5 days ago and lost power, my GE Profile Refrigerator (side by side), model # PSS26SGRC, has not cooled since then. Hooked up directly to my generator, which is operating another refrigerator just fine, and just will not cool or freeze on either side. ( It is a 7500w generator, so no problems there.)

Lights inside are working, water dispenses, blower fan turns on, but condensor never fires up.

How do I troubleshoot if problem is condensor, motherboard, etc.?

Thanks,
Mark

Hi.

Pull out the fridge, remove the bottom cover and check with multimeter is there is 120VAC at the compressor.
No voltage - open the mother board cover (to the right) and check for 120VAC between pin J8 and J7 pin 9.
No voltage - replace the control board WR55X10942

If there is voltage at the compressor, check the three compressor pins for continuity between them and to the "ground".
If the compressor checks OK - replace the start components ( relay, overload ).

The relay kit WR09X10107

Thank you. Post the results.
