My fridge is warm and freezer works good. Old evaporator fan was locked down so I replaced motor but new evaporator fan does not come on when fridge is plugged in. I set controls to coldest selection for fridge and freezer but fan still does not come on. What now?
Does it have 120 volts to it? Did you use this fan motor to replace the old one?

yes I used that motor kit, no it had no voltage going to it. . .
There should be 120 volts AC to that motor. Check the fan motor connector that plugs into the refrige. wiring. Check for bent pins, burnt connections, and broken wires.
If you don’t have voltage at that connector in the freezer, you are going to have to keep looking until you find what is stopping the voltage.
It could even be inside the fresh food area where the thermostat, defrost timer, and light plug in.
