Ok I searched for this issue but none of what I have found pertains to my problem.
At the dispenser when I push the lever, the vavle on the back kicks on but no water comes out , below the door when disconnected no water comes out.
back of fridge:
water is going in from my home water line to the first valve.
water is going out to the fridge through the water line from the first valve.
now the line that comes back down from the fridge to the rear valve>no water comes out.
Inside the fridge side:
if I take the filter housing off and push the water lever water spits out in very good pressure.
So it seems water is going into the filter assembly in the fridge side but water is not circulating back out the filter housing assembly down the fridge to the rear valve.
Also I tested this with 2 different valve assemblies and both did the same thing.
Could the water filter assembly be plugged up or gone bad?
Cause there is not water going into the ice maker either.
DOes the filter assembly push water out or does something pull water from the filter assembly??
