Frigidaire electric dryer, no heat

I have a frigidaire affinity electric dryermodel# AEQB6000ES2, serial# XD62501751. It turns on and seems to work but no heat. Did the hold cancel and select procedure and code is r04. Called Frigidaire and they had me reset circuit breaker and retry. Still the same, spins and seems to work but NO HEAT.
Any ideas?

Hi Steve,

Pull the dryer out of the wall and remove the cover from the terminal block. Check for 120 VAC between the Red & the White and the Black & the White wires. Check for 240 VAC between the Black & the Red wires.

If any of these readings is incorrect, the problem is out of the dryer and you have to call an electrician to check the house breakers.

Otherwise post the results and we will proceed further.
