Hello Guys,
I’m running out of options and need your help. I have a Frigidaire Fridge Model# FRS23H7CSB0 and it’s side by side fridge. Left door is my freezer and right side is my fridge. Everything in the right side is freezing up. My water lines also freeze up, assuming its because fridge side is too cold.
After doing some research here is what I found that it could be.
1 - Thermostats - I’ve checked these with multimeter and they passed the continuity test.
2 - Damper Door - I’ve checked this and it seems to open and close. I even replaced a motor and it seemed fine. I did notice at one point my knob was at a zero (flap should of been closed) it was slightly open. When I went to turn the knob on/off again it seemed to work fine. I’ve kept testing it by turning the knob on/off the flap seemed to open/close fully.
3 - Thermostat seems to work fine since my coils are not frozen over. They have a light coat of frost over them after the fridge cools and shuts off. The fridge does shut off at some point.
What should I check/do next? Any ideas, suggestions, etc?
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP!
