frigidaire front load washer will not go into final spin

Front load Frigidaire washer goes thru the cycles as usual until the final spin. The drum will go back and forth but will not do a high speed spin

the inside of yuor door is a sticker stating that small loads will not spin out try a big load i just saw sticker im hoping that is my problem 2 good luck
