I have a Frigidaire FFSS2615TS0. Recently, water stopped flowing to the water dispenser and the ice maker stopped making ice. We replaced the filter, but that did not fix the issue. After some troubleshooting, I thought the water inlet valve may be the problem. I replaced the valve, but still no water or ice. Now when the water dispenser is pressed, the valve makes a loud buzzing noise. We defrosted the entire unit overnight. After plugging it back in and trying the dispenser, the valve was quiet and sounded normal for a few seconds. A small trickle of water even came out, but then the water stopped and the buzzing sound returned. I don’t know what else to try except trace the blockage back to the valve, but I don’t even know how to do that. Any ideas?
