Refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice

First - Thank You for even reading my post.

I have a Frigidaire Refrigerator and it is not dispensing water or making ice. I checked the owners manual first and in the troubleshooting section is clearly stated that the problem would be I needed a new filter. I went and purchased a new filter - installed it and still nothing. The new filter filled up with water so I know that water is coming into the filter from the main water supply. I hear a buzzing sound like I would regularly expect if the water dispenser was working - just no water. I am figuring it must be the pump because that is the only logical other conclusion.

I went thru old posts similar to the problem I was having. I replaced the filter and then defrosted the freezer figuring I had a frozen line in the door. Sure enough - That did the trick. OUTSTANDING! Thank you to all the pros here helping out. You all helped without even having to respond.
