Refrigerator makes ice but does not dispense water

Fridge stopped dispensing water, makes ice just fine. I had moved the fridge to clean behind it, and when I moved it back, it no longer dispensed water. I checked water line going to fridge, its supplying water just fine and good pressure. When I push on the water handle, I hear the noise like it makes when it is working, just no water comes out, not even a drop. Also, a few days after it stopped working, I was testing it again and noticed a leak in one of the tubes inside of the fridge by the water filter. So I do know water was flowing OK at that point in the tubing. I fixed the leak with a coupling. Still wont dispense water. Any ideas? greatly appreciated
