Frigidaire Professional not heating

My oven will not heat at all. I read on here it is probably the EOC. I just wanted to try and verify before I bought the part and see if others have had this problem.

Thanks.

Here is the wiring diagram

It could be a number of things.

First I would check the power.
The bake and broil elements require the full 240 volts. Looks like everything else will run off of half the line (120 volts).
Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times, sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!!

Does the unit stay in preheat or does it show that it is ready.
if it shows that it is ready then it could be the oven sensor.
It should be about 100 ohms at room temperature.

It could be that the thermal circuit breaker (item 119 in the Body Parts section) has opened. if you click on it’s picture or description a new page will open with more info. You will see a red area on the back, it will pop out when the breaker opens. Push it in to reset it.

If it is open then you will want to check the oven temperature with an oven thermometer to be sure that it is not over heating and popping the breaker.

Also check that the cooling fan is operating correctly.

If the above are OK then odds are that it is the EOC.
